According to James Edwards III, a reporter revealed that Pistons guard Corey Joseph and forward Josh Jackson both triggered the league's health and safety agreement.

The Pistons have currently had 8 players triggered, with the remaining 6 being: Lyles, Cunningham, Lee, Hayes, Stewart and McGrud.

This season, Joseph played 27 regular season games for the Pistons, averaging 7.1 points, 2 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 0.8 steals in 22 minutes; Jackson played 25 regular season games for the Pistons, averaging 6.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 0.5 steals and 0.4 blocks in 17.9 minutes per game.
