The content of the agreement includes: Seelink Power authorized MicroPort Optoelectronics as the exclusive sales partner in the authorized area of the networking equipment of the secret-related project. Within the scope of the authorization of the agreement, the total amount of micro-venture optoelectronics purchased from Seelink Power was 144.96832 million yuan. The Agreement shall be valid from the date of entry into force of the Agreement until December 31, 2022.
It is understood that MicroPort Optoelectronics and Seelink Power signed the "Authorized Sales Cooperation Agreement" based on the consideration of giving full play to their respective advantages to jointly develop the market.
