("Target Company" or "WuqiWei"), ATIVEEXPLORERLIMITED, Chongqing Wuqi One Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), Chongqing Wuqiyi Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), Changsha Huaye Gaochuang Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and others signed the "Capital Increase Agreement", and its subsidiary, Jiangxi Jiahe Electroacoustic Technology Co., Ltd., used its own funds of RMB 41 million to increase the capital of Wuqiwei, and recognized the new registered capital of Qiwei of RMB 757,812, corresponding to 1.27607% of the equity after the transaction.
