Jingdong Big Drum is a kind of Quyi Drum Book and Drum Song Form that adopts BOE rap performance, which is mainly popular in Langfang, Chengde, Baoding, Tangshan, Beijing Huairou and Tianjin Baodi in Hebei Province. On May 20, 2006, the Jingdong Big Drum declared by Baodi District of Tianjin City, Langfang City, Hebei Province, was approved by the State Council to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.

Wang Congmin, male, born in 1947, a native of Wang Zhizhuang Village, Anping Town, Xianghe County, a member of the Communist Party of China, a librarian of the Xianghe Cultural Center, a peasant artist, was awarded the Langfang Model Worker in 2000, the Jingdong Drum Taidou Dong Xiangkun in 2011 as a teacher to learn art, since 2012 he has been the chairman of the Xianghe County Qu Artists Association, and the member of the China Qu Artists Association in 2014.
For fifty years, Wang Congmin has always been active on the rural literary and art stage, speaking the people's words, singing the people's affairs, never talking about remuneration, performing dozens of performances every year, and has won more than 40 provincial, municipal and county commendations.
In March 1999, he was rated as "Enthusiastic Person of Mass Cultural Activities" by the Department of Culture of Hebei Province;
