Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism selected and recommended the dance drama "Silk Road Flower Rain", "Big Dream Dunhuang", "Rainbow Road", Long Opera "Official Goose Love Song", sketch "You Laugh So Good" 5 stage art masterpieces were officially selected.
On the same day, the 2021 China Love Theme Cultural Tourism Conference was held in Sanya, Hainan Tianya Haijiao Scenic Area, and Gansu Guan'egou Scenic Area won the honor of "Love Mountain Green Water Pioneer".
Since 2020, when the Ministry of Culture and Tourism launched the "'Centennial Hundred Works' Stage Art Creation Project to Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" and the Long opera "Guan Ge Ge Love Song" was shortlisted for the "100 Years and 100 Pieces" Traditional Fine Art Rearrangement Plan, the Gansu Provincial Long Theater under the organization of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, with the opportunity to create the "100 Years and 100 Works" boutique project as an opportunity to improve the quality of stage art creation and cultivate outstanding artistic performance talents, has carried out all-round polishing and upgrading of "Guan Ge Goose Love Song".
The rehearsal of "Official Goose Love Song", the Provincial Long Theater adhered to the principle of young actors, national music, and stage beauty characteristics, and held seminars many times, and carefully polished the play from the aspects of plot, performance, music, and stage.
In terms of the main creative staff, in order to better inherit the fine repertoire and let more young actors get exercised, the rearrangement was starred by the young actors of the Provincial Long Theater. The director is played by the national first-class actor An Wei, Zhao Dan plays the female No. 1 Goose, Tan Qiang plays the male No. 1 Guanzhu, Guan Haochong plays Daga, Zhang Baoli plays Mu Long, Li Ge plays Dinah, Zhen Baojun plays Tiebu, and Li Zicun plays Bansa.
In terms of music, the orchestra configuration has changed from the original heavy orchestra to heavy folk music, which highlights the nationalization of music display. In terms of plot and performance, the character image and emotional communication have been further refined and improved, and the scheduling of stage performances and the overall rhythm have also been greatly adjusted, which highlights the age advantages of the actors and makes the stage more youthful and beautiful.
"Guan Ge Love Song" tells that in ancient Tangchang, Guan Zhu, the son of the leader of the Qiang clan, infiltrated the Qiang Jinyang Village for revenge, fell in love with the chief's daughter Goose Yan at first sight, indulged in hot love, and performed a twisted and moving love story. In the end, the lovers tragically perished, dissolving the hatred between the two villages, and the people of the two ethnic groups were friendly and mutually helpful and lived in harmony for generations. In order to permanently commemorate Guanzhu and Goose Valley, the local people named their most beautiful place As Guan'egou.
Located in the outskirts of Tangchang County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, Guan'egou Grand Scenic Area is a national 4A-level tourist scenic spot, a national forest park, a national geological park, and a member of the National Alliance of Love Theme Scenic Spots. "Official Goose Love Song" not only allows Long opera to climb to the peak of art again, but also makes the place where the story takes place- Longnan Gongchang Guan'egou famous at home and abroad, becoming a "love valley" in China where tourists are weaving today, and becoming a classic example of culture and art helping to overcome poverty.
