According to the "Notice", from January to March 2020, various TV drama production institutions across the country have completed production and been allowed to release 38 domestic TV series such as "Endeavor Melody" and "The World of the Great Qin Empire", with 1546 episodes.
There are a total of 22 833 episodes of realistic dramas, accounting for 57.89% and 53.88% of the headquarters and episodes respectively; a total of 15 633 episodes of historical theme dramas, accounting for 39.47% and 40.94% of the headquarters and episodes, respectively; 1 major theme drama with 80 episodes, accounting for 2.63% and 5.17% of the headquarters and episodes, respectively.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Television Drama Administration, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the provincial radio and television administrative departments are hereby notified of the statistics on the issuance of the national "Domestic Television Drama Distribution License" in the first quarter of 2020.
From January to March 2020, various TV drama production institutions across the country have completed and been approved to release 38 domestic TV dramas with 1546 episodes. According to the monthly reports and statistics of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the provincial TV drama management departments, the proportion of themes is as follows:
There are a total of 22 833 episodes of realistic dramas, accounting for 57.89% and 53.88% of the headquarters and episodes, respectively. Among them, there are a total of 22 833 episodes of contemporary themes.
There are a total of 15 633 episodes of historical dramas, accounting for 39.47% and 40.94% of the headquarters and episodes respectively. Among them, there are 9 342 episodes of modern themes, accounting for 23.68% and 22.12% of the headquarters and episodes, respectively; ancient themes total 6 parts and 291 episodes, accounting for 15.79% and 18.82% of the headquarters and episodes, respectively.
There is 1 major theme drama with 80 episodes, accounting for 2.63% and 5.17% of the headquarters and episodes respectively. Among them, there are 1 major historical theme and 80 episodes.
