Huang Yongxian
Huang Yongxian, female, born in March 1970, is a villager in the south eight groups of Xinzhong Village, Liuchang Town, Xifeng County, Guiyang City.
In 2007, not long after Huang Yongxian's nephew was born, he suffered brain damage due to choking on milk. Faced with high rescue costs and incalculable follow-up treatment and rehabilitation costs, her brother was deeply devastated, on the verge of a mental breakdown, and no longer able to raise children.
