Luo Dan, a fourth-level senior procurator of the Comprehensive Business Department of the Anshan Municipal People's Procuratorate, has worked with party members and cadres and villagers in Tai'an County since May 2018 to become the first secretary of Sanglin Village in Sanglin Town, Tai'an County, to build a beautiful village. In September 2019, Luo Dan participated in the 11th Liaoning International Agricultural Expo and the 19th Shenyang International Agricultural Expo and the 17th China International Agricultural Products Fair with the Jinsha honey potato endorsed by him, which pushed the Jinsha honey potato in Sanglin Village to the whole province and the whole country, and seamlessly connected with the national primary agricultural product production and marketing docking public welfare service platform. In September 2020, she walked into the live broadcast room of Anshan Economic Radio's "Circle of Friends of the First Secretary" and the live broadcast platform of Anshan TV Station's "Anshan E-commerce", which not only increased the popularity and influence of Mulberry Honey Potato and Large Fruit Hazelnuts, but also greatly boosted farmers' confidence and determination to plant honey potatoes and hazelnuts, and also increased the sales income of villagers, helping villagers increase production and income by more than 100,000 yuan in 2020.
At the beginning of 2021, Luo Dan introduced the "enclave economy" project - Liaoning Juyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., which has now settled in The Tai'an Chemical Industry Park. The total investment of the project is 420 million yuan, covering an area of 150 acres. It is expected that after the enterprise is put into operation, it can solve the employment problem of more than 100 local people, and give priority to training, hiring and supporting the needy households in the village to achieve the stability of poverty alleviation.
Poverty alleviation is not the end, but the starting point of a new life and a new struggle. In August 2021, Luo Dan again applied to become the first secretary of Dawang Village in Sanglin Town. She started from consolidating the foundation of grass-roots party building, and through a number of measures such as the leadership of jianqiang branches, the joint household of cadres stationed in villages, and the main driving of the masses, she made village party organizations and party members the backbone of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Luo Dan said that she will live up to her heavy trust, live up to her mission, and join hands with the party members and cadres and the masses in the whole village to contribute to the construction of a better homeland and the realization of rural revitalization!
