China News Network reporter Zhang Tianfu

At present, in a modern ecological pasture called "Dongmuwan" in Ledu District, Haidong City, Qinghai Province, located in northwest China, agricultural machinery is roaring, ushering in the spring sowing season of "king of forage grass" alfalfa.

From the lone cropper to the modern ecological ranch workers, Hao Dajun is very busy here.

After planting crops, farmers go out to work in their spare time – this is the production "plan" of Hao Dajun, a former poor household in Yuanjiazhuang Village, Flood Town, Ledu District, Haidong City, Qinghai Province, year after year.

There was no less busy work in a year, but Hao Dajun's family's life was always tight.

In 2016, with the deepening of poverty alleviation, Hao Dajun's family ushered in a turnaround, and Qinghai Dongmuwan Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. transferred 7432 mu of mountainous land in Yuanjiazhuang Village and nearby Shilingzi Village to create a modern ecological pasture integrating planting and breeding, grass and livestock linkage, and organic fertilizer returning to the field.

At the beginning of the construction of this modern ecological ranch, Hao Dajun successfully joined the company, and with the all-round help of the government, he successfully lifted himself out of poverty in 2017.

Hao Dajun's own family, Hao Dahai, is nearly sixty years old, and he is already "advanced age" when he goes out to work, and he is plagued by stomach diseases, and he has also successfully employed in this modern ecological ranch in front of his home, and he has also obtained a satisfactory income.

In addition to the stable work at the doorstep, the thousands of acres of mountainous land on which the ancestors used to survive were previously deserted in a large area, which made the local villagers feel sorry.

"In the past, these thousands of acres of mountainous land were all deserted, and there was no harvest." Hao Dacheng, a villager in Yuanjiazhuang Village, who has been a village cadre for many years, told the China News Network reporter, "If there is no modern ecological pasture, we will not have the ability to reclaim and level these 7432 acres of mountainous land, which is mostly sloped." ”

"My family's nearly thirty acres of mountainous land have also been transferred, and not only can I get the land circulation fee every year, but I also work here and have a monthly salary income of 4500 yuan." Hao Dacheng said, "Many old men in the village, including me, no longer need to reach out to their children for money and take the land circulation fee, which is enough to buy rice, noodles and oil for a year." ”

Ledu District of Haidong City is located in the agricultural area of eastern Qinghai Province, which belongs to the transition zone from the Loess Plateau to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Chen Yonglong, chairman of Qinghai Dongmuwan Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., introduced that in 2002, China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. was identified as a designated help unit in Ledu District, Haidong City, to carry out 18 years of uninterrupted assistance, and in 2020, China Cinda signed an industrial poverty alleviation agreement with Dongmuwan and injected 25 million yuan.

"The scale of our cattle breeding has suddenly increased to more than 1,000 heads, the demand for forage has increased significantly, which in turn has provided more jobs, and we rely on industrial poverty alleviation to help rural revitalization." Chen Yonglong said.

Chen Yonglong introduced that Chengtai Township Chengzi Village, Ledu District, Haidong City, will also invest 500,000 yuan of industrial poverty alleviation funds into the shareholder Muwan, which can obtain a dividend of 7% per year to strengthen the village's collective economy.

Yagong Bao Danzhi, a former poor household in Chengtai Township, Ledu District, was recruited to Dongmuwan, "I used to raise cattle at home, and I am very accustomed to the working environment here." I hope to learn from the breeding experience here and develop my own breeding base when I go home later. ”

"In the past, the family was very difficult, and there was no other source of income except cattle and sheep and farming." Mei Suo Anjie, a villager in Chengtai Township Chengzi Village, who has been dealing with cattle and sheep for half a lifetime, also works in Dongmuwan, "I like the job of raising cattle, and I thank Xinda and Dongmuwan for helping us."
