At 17:10 on September 9, 2020, the police of the Dongguan East Railway Station Police Station of the Huizhou Railway Public Security Department arrested a Class B fugitive from the Ministry of Public Security, He Mou (male, 55 years old, from Tuquan County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region) through smart new policing methods. He was wanted by the Heilongjiang police in 2009 for suspected intentional injury, committed another crime during his absconding period, deliberately killed 2 people, and was wanted by the Inner Mongolia police on the Internet in 2014, and was listed as a B-class fugitive by the Ministry of Public Security because of the seriousness of the case.
