Recently, hennessey, a famous car modification factory in the United States, released a mass-produced version of its new car, the Venom (Poison) F5. The new car is priced at US$2.1 million (about 13.75 million yuan) and is sold in a limited edition of 24 units worldwide on a private order basis. The car is rear-wheel-drive and is powered by a 6.6-liter twin-turbo V8 engine built by Hennessey, with an incredible maximum power of 1354 kW and a peak torque of 1617 N·m. The total weight of the vehicle is only 1360 kg, of which the single body made of carbon fiber weighs only 86 kg. It is reported that the car's 100 km/h acceleration takes only 2.6 seconds, and 4.7 seconds can complete the acceleration of 0-200km/h, which has surpassed the Bugatti Chiron. Hennessy's goal is to make the car extremely faster than 500km/h and announce it to the public in the future by means of public testing.
