The "2021 Sinan Welcome Season" activity opens at Sinan Mansion today and will last until February 28, 2022. Sinan Welcome Season began in 2016 and has been held for six consecutive years. The theme of this welcome season is "Tiger in the Heart, Smell the Roses", spanning the three periods of Christmas, New Year and Spring Festival.
Inspired by sycamores, the welcome season created Shanghai's first large Christmas tree made up of 365 gold and silver sycamore leaves. The designer said that the 365 sycamore leaves represent the next 365 days with Sinan, bringing literature and romance to citizens and tourists. During the three-month welcome season, this plane tree will be full of changes, not only "Christmas clothes" and "welcome clothes", the only constant is a "dancing" golden plane leaf, spinning and shining on the top of the tree, as if recording the time spent with Sinan by citizens and tourists.
At the end of December, Sinan Time Zone Gallery will present an exhibition with the theme of "Contemporary Ink Painting" to present an exhibition of ink paintings and calligraphy that embraces tradition and innovation and transcends the limitations of time and space for the public and visitors. Two post-90s artists, Zhou Zhizhen and Chu Yuqi, combined 39 pieces of landscape, flower and bird calligraphy and painting with modern Chinese style flower art installations to show the charm of traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting to citizens and tourists from a fashionable and novel perspective. In this exhibition, the artist also created two unique works inspired by Sinan's maple leaves and Sinan cats, "Sinan Dyeing Maple Map" and "Blossoming Rich Cat".
Sinan Welcome Season - Sinan Love Letter "Love" Book Campaign recently opened.
