When she was in elementary school, her son once told her to become a soldier when she grew up, because soldiers have the most sense of justice. In the two years since joining the army, Guan Tengfei has returned home a handful of times, and rarely shares the daily life in the army with his family.

After retiring from the army, Guan Tengfei worked as a chef and concert security. Teng Ying said that at the beginning, his son helped cook in a Western restaurant in Yunmeng, and the chef who took him said that he was very self-motivated and often gave him the opportunity to practice in real combat.
