Li Jun, male, Han ethnicity, born in November 1968, 53 years old, from Cangxi, Sichuan, on-the-job graduate degree. He began his career in August 1991 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1994.

In August 1991, the 23-year-old Li Jun went to guangyuan Highway Bureau to work in the Jiange Yang road section, and 4 years later to the organization department of the Guangyuan municipal party committee, from August 1995 to August 2004, Li Jun worked in the organizational system for 9 years, successively serving as deputy director of the organization department of the Guangyuan municipal party committee, chief section member, deputy director of the organization department of the organization department of the Sichuan provincial party committee, deputy director of the second division of the organization department, etc.
In February 2004, Li Jun was appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the Liangshan Prefecture CPC Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Xichang Municipal Party Committee in June 2006, and Mayor of Xichang City in December 2006. After serving as mayor of Xichang for more than six years, Li Jun was promoted to secretary of the Xichang Municipal Party Committee in April 2013 (until July 2020).

According to the official resume, Li Jun is still working in the xichang municipal party committee office after being dismissed, and was investigated on September 11, 2020.
Before his downfall, Li Jun worked in Xichang City for 14 years.

After the fire broke out, on March 31, 2020, Xichang City held a press briefing, and Li Jun attended. Before the briefing began, all the personnel held a moment of silence to pay tribute to the 19 warriors who died in the fire fighting.
On the afternoon of April 3, 2020, Li Jun also presided over the forest fire reflection and follow-up work deployment meeting in Jingjiu Township, Xichang City, Sichuan Province.
The meeting said that the forest fires have allowed the city's party members and cadres to withstand the test and grow in the test of life and death; let the people's hearts and minds in the furnace of blood and fire give birth to convergence and identity, and form a unified action.

In November 2002, He Xuemei became a member of the Standing Committee of the Xichang Municipal Party Committee and later served as the director of the Organization Department. In September 2003, He Xuemei was promoted to deputy secretary of the Xichang Municipal Party Committee. In December 2008, He Xuemei was appointed Secretary of the Party Group of the Liangshan Prefecture Bureau of Statistics, and in January 2009, he was appointed As the Director.
In December 2015, He Xuemei was transferred to the Party Secretary and Director of the Liangshan Prefecture Government Affairs Service Center, and in February 2019, he was appointed as the Party Secretary and Director of the Liangshan Prefecture Financial Work Bureau.
