Currently, two suspects, Hospital Clown actor Kevin Leipere, 31, and Dietwin Haegheman, 38, have been arrested by Belgian police on charges of intentional homicide.
The victim was a 47-year-old woman, whose pseudonym was Caroline M. Caroline D, who lives in a small town near the Belgian port city of Ostend, was found in a garage at home.
When police arrived, the deceased's three children, one 12, one 15, and one 17, were tied to the attic and said Leppier and his accomplices forced them to watch the killing of their mother.
