According to Qingfeng Yuzhou, Zhang Liqing, deputy section-level judge of the Yuzhou Municipal People's Court, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently under disciplinary review and supervision and investigation by the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Yuzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection.

Zhang Liqing, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1961, Yuzhou City, Henan Province, university degree, joined the Communist Party of China in September 1985, began working in December 1979.
