From July 20 to 22, Zhang Shirong, director of the Provincial Science and Technology Department, Zhu Xiaoli, deputy director of the Department, Zhang Huichun, head of the discipline inspection and supervision team stationed in the department, and 13 responsible comrades of the Regional Innovation Department, Lanzhou High-tech Zone, Baiyin High-tech Zone and related enterprises went to Shanghai to connect with the construction of Lanbai Self-Creation Zone and the exchange and innovation cooperation with Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Zone.
The research team successively conducted field research and exchanges and interactions with scientific research institutes and enterprises such as Shanghai Office for Promoting the Construction of Science and Technology Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Zhangjiangke"), Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai Institute of Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Dehui Group, Shanghai Green Bank and Shanghai Microtechnology Industry Research Institute, and held the "Lanbai Self-creation Zone - Zhangjiang High-tech Zone Deepening Innovation Cooperation Symposium" in combination with the research situation.
During the field research, they visited the development history and key scientific research project results of institutes and enterprises point by point, listened to the reports on the research and development direction and development mode of each unit, and conducted targeted discussions on the construction of biomedical industry platform, talent training, financial services and cooperation methods through inquiries and exchanges. In particular, in the docking discussion with the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, combined with the actual situation and advantages of Gansu, 4 development suggestions were given, such as "vigorously developing new fields of radiopharmaceuticals; breaking the status quo of quantity and quality of traditional Chinese medicine, increasing the development of new drugs; breaking through the development mode of developing local production in different places; and keeping an eye on the research and development of key industries in key areas of biomedicine". At the same time, the shanghai micro-technology industry research institute for the "beyond Moore" field of enterprises to provide process research and development, design services, engineering testing and other platform construction and cultivation of incubation enterprises service model and cooperation results, left a deep impression on the research team, provided a "incubator model" to learn from.
At the symposium, the two sides reviewed the exchange and cooperation between Lanbai and Zhangjiang in recent years, introduced the current situation of the development and construction of the self-created zone, and carried out in-depth discussions and docking around the proposed cooperation intentions. Director Zhang Shirong conveyed the instructions and requirements of the leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the provincial leaders on deepening the innovation cooperation in Lanbai-Zhangjiang, and introduced The development plans and priorities of Gansu's superior resources and future scientific and technological innovation, further explained the important significance of jointly building a demonstration zone for scientific and technological innovation cooperation between the east and the west, and put forward specific requirements and cooperation suggestions for substantive cooperation in Lanbai-Zhangjiang; Director Peng Song said that he would actively implement the relevant instructions and requirements, attach great importance to lanbai-Zhangjiang cooperation, increase the intensity of cooperation, and strive to share information within the year. Platform co-construction, talent cultivation, project construction and other aspects of the implementation of a number of "complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win" cooperation projects, and combined with the cooperation intention of the two sides to arrange the deployment of relevant work, clarified the time node.
