Kwan Yuk Ming (Jackie Chan) fought in the Vietnam War as a young man and served as a special soldier. But now, he's doing his best to open a small restaurant in London's Chinatown, England, and is dependent on his daughter (Leung Pei-shih). In a terrorist attack, her daughter was tragically killed. The inaction of the British authorities made him even more indignant, when the key figure Hannis (Piersbrod Rusnan) appeared in his field of vision, as a senior government official who had been inextricably linked to terrorists. The experience of being born and dying in the war made Guan Yuming keenly aware that Hannis must have the information on the terrorist attack in his hands. Therefore, Guan Yuming came to the door several times to ask Hannis to provide clues for himself, but Hannis refused. Guan Yuming, who is full of grief, decides to avenge his daughter in his own way. To this end, he refused the retention of his lover Lin Baoyi (Liu Tao) and embarked on the road of revenge to the terrorist organization with tit-for-tat and blood for blood. But what he didn't know was that a big intricate conspiracy was unfolding before him...
