The anti-Japanese "military government" confronted the "people's government" of the "Jingri" and the island of Taiwan was ready to tear it up

Qi Taixuan is an expert on Taiwan issues

Recently, the topic of "Jingri" has constantly stirred up the mainland's public opinion field, and Foreign Minister Wang Yi has also denounced him as a "scum of the Chinese." In fact, the real "Jingri" elements are in Taiwan. Although the "Jingri" organization, which has appeared on the island for public activities, has been sheltered by the "Taiwan independence" forces on the island, it has been unanimously attacked by compatriots on the island.

The organization of "Fine Day" of public activities

In February 2008, Lin Zhisheng, a native of Yunlin County, Taiwan, initiated the establishment of the "Taiwan People's Government". They held that since the end of World War II, Taiwan has been under military occupation by the "US military junta", "sovereignty" is still owned by the Japanese emperor, and the "government of the Republic of China" that currently rules Taiwan is a "government-in-exile". Lin Zhisheng has publicly stated that his current identity is that of an American, and he will become a Japanese in the future.

According to the organization's organizational chart released on March 24, 2014, the supreme leader is the "Chief Executive", which consists of a seven-member "Presidium", which is subordinate to the "Joint Staff Committee for National Security", "Cabinet", "Senate", "House of Representatives" and "Judicial Yuan". The official website of the "Taiwan Civil Government" even claims that the organization has 50,000 members and 3,700 officials.

According to the administrative divisions of the Japanese occupation period, the "Taiwan People's Government" also divided the island of Taiwan into six prefectures, namely Taipei Prefecture, Hsinchu Prefecture, Taichung Prefecture, Tainan Prefecture, Kaohsiung Prefecture, and Yilan Prefecture, and consolidated the original cities, districts, towns, and townships into counties.

In order to brush up the sense of existence, the organization also unveiled four flags of "sovereignty" symbols, namely the American flag, the Japanese flag, the "US military government" occupation flag and the "Taiwan civil government" flag. At the same time, so-called "passports" and license plates are also publicly issued. Of course, these symbolic symbols are simply impossible for the Taiwan authorities to recognize.

In addition, the "Taiwan People's Government" has also set up a "Black Bear Force" of 180 people, which is not only equipped with advanced defensive equipment, but also trains in strict accordance with the standards of the military and police. However, the "TaiwanEse Government" declared that it would not use violence or force to promote the exile of the "Republic of China" to end its occupation of Taiwan.

A farce of humiliation

In fact, the "Taiwan People's Government" and its responsible persons are a joke.

As far as the "Taiwan people's government" is concerned, it is neither a social group registered on the island nor a democratic political party participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs, still less is it recognized by any country or government, and it has no substantial political influence. The most notorious incident of the organization is: On June 9, 2016, "Taiwan's Governor of Kaohsiung Prefecture" Hong Suzhu released a video insulting veterans from other provinces "Don't face!" Chinese refugees". After the film was uploaded, it triggered public opinion in Taiwan.

Another laughing stock is that on September 26, 2012, Lin Zhisheng told reporters that people who hold "Taiwan's civil government" and "identity cards" can get A U.S. visa without an interview, "this is what the U.S. state unit talked to us at that time", and can travel unimpeded in 194 countries in the future. Some media on the island have tried jokingly, but they have been blocked by guards at the visa office and ridiculed "how can anyone believe this?" Sheila Paskman, a spokeswoman for the American Institute in Taiwan, was also forced to issue a statement saying, "All applicants for U.S. visas must come to the American Institute in Taiwan for an interview."

The internal personnel and conceptual struggles within the organization are also fierce. In 2013, He Ruiyuan, the founder of "Taiwan's status as Japanese and American-occupied," publicly stated that he had "cut off all relations" with Lin Zhisheng. He Ruiyuan even revealed that Lin Zhisheng claimed to have close contacts with the US Department of Defense, the State Department, the Central Intelligence Agency and other units, and that the advanced class training courses held were opened at the request of the United States, all of which were deceitful, and the fee of NT$10,000 per person charged to the trainees was even more enriched. On April 25, 2013, Tsai Ming-fa, Tsai Ji-yuen and other important members of the "Taiwan People's Government" announced that the "Taiwan People's Government" was officially upgraded to the "Us Taiwan Government". This move was regarded by Lin Zhisheng as an act of rebellion.

As far as Lin Zhisheng is concerned, he is also a loser of credit bankruptcy. Lin Zhisheng was born in 1950 in Yunlin County, Taiwan. He once came to the mainland to do business, but ended in failure. After returning to Taiwan, he often presented himself as a "victimized Taiwan businessman," threw himself into the "Taiwan independence" countercurrent, and served as secretary general of the "Friends of Lee Teng-hui Association." In 2006, he ran for mayoral Kaohsiung but received only 1,746 votes. Immediately, he declared himself elected mayor of Kaohsiung in the name of "Taiwan's civilian government." Because of the tax arrears of NT$210 million, he was listed by the Taiwan authorities as a major tax debtor and was restricted from leaving the country for 13 years. In November 2016, the Taipei Branch of the Executive Administration issued a "ban on luxury" and called on the public to report his assets, with a maximum reward of NT$1 million.

The umbrella behind the "Fine Day" organization

The reason why the so-called "Taiwan people's government" has existed for a long time is, on the one hand, related to the so-called freedom of association and expression on the island, as long as it does not violate the relevant legal system, anyone can hold various views, but more importantly, it is not unrelated to the protection of the "Taiwan independence" forces on the island. To a certain extent, the "Taiwan independence" forces on the island also possess a certain degree of "Jingri" complex.

Lee Teng-hui, the father of "Taiwan independence," once openly said that he was Japanese before the age of 22 and was named "Masao Iwasato." His brother Takeshi Iwasato (Lee Teng-chin) was killed in battle for Japan and is still enshrined in Japan's "Yasukuni Shrine". In 2002, Lee Teng-hui made a statement saying that "the Diaoyu Islands belong to Japan," which caused an uproar in Taiwan society.

Although the current leader of the Taiwan region, Tsai Ing-wen, does not claim to be Japanese as Lee Teng-hui did, she does not have many pro-Japanese complexes. In 2015, Tsai Ing-wen went to Japan as a candidate for the Taiwan regional leadership election and exchanged views with all walks of life in Japan. After the earthquake in Hualien County this year, both the mainland and Japan offered to send collection teams to assist, but the Tsai authorities rejected the mainland but approved Japan. Recently, Japanese official ships openly attacked Taiwan fishermen in Taiwan's exclusive economic waters, and the Tsai authorities not only did not protest against Japan, but on the contrary suppressed the fishermen on the island.

After the "Taiwanese government" caused various incidents, the Tsai Ing-wen administration, although it also symbolically expressed its condemnation, never took formal action. After the people protesting against the "Taiwan People's Government" were attacked, the Taiwan authorities went so far as not to prosecute them on the grounds that there was insufficient evidence. For the fraud and tax arrears of Lin Zhisheng and others, they have also been dragging on and not solving. This has to make people suspect that the DPP is the umbrella behind the freak of the "Taiwan people's government."

It was unanimously attacked by the compatriots on the island

Nevertheless, there is still a righteous force on the island that resolutely struggles against the "Jingri" organizations and individuals represented by the "Taiwan People's Government."

The "Taiwan People's Government" openly flew the flags of Japan and other countries on the island, and was repeatedly denounced by the people on the island. After the Hong Su-chu incident, hong xiuzhu, then chairman of the Kuomintang, and other blue camp politicians issued a strongly worded statement severely condemning the actions of Hong Suzhu and the "Taiwan people's government." There are also many organizations on the island (such as the White Justice League, etc.) that went to Taoyuan County, where the "Taiwan People's Government" is located, and Hong Suzhu's hometown to protest and throw eggs at them.

In addition, a tit-for-tat organization has been established on the island. On February 28, retired Lieutenant General Gao Anguo of the Taiwan Military established the "Taiwan Military Government" at the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. The main purpose is to eliminate the "taiwanese people's government", the "lawless government", in Taiwan. Gao Anguo openly issued a war post to the "Taiwan People's Government", which began on February 28 and ended on March 29, and the "Taiwan People's Government" had to remove all the signs on its own, otherwise "the consequences would be borne by itself." According to Taiwan media reports, when the "Taiwan military government" was proclaimed, General Ji Linlian, the "former commander of the joint logistics forces," of the Taiwan military, was present to support him and wished the "Taiwan military government" a victory.
