According to foreign media reports, the suspect who stabbed and burned a 15-year-old Pregnant French girl alive two years ago was recently transferred to the Juvenile Criminal Court. Previously, the murder suspect, who was only 17 years old at the time of the crime, had been on trial.
The incident took place in Crey, Oise, France, in 2017, when Shaina, then 13, had just established a relationship with the boy she met, Djibril. Because Jabril first behaved like a gentleman, the two quickly exchanged social accounts after meeting, but soon Jabril exposed his nature, and he began to beat Sana and force her to take photos in revealing clothes. After that, Jabril threatened Sana to have sex with him by spreading indecent photos.
Sana gave in and, accompanied by her best friend Maeva, went to a dilapidated clinic near Cray at the request of Herbrill, who was taken to a hidden corner of the clinic by Jabril, who took his two friends with her. They forcibly took off Sana's clothes, beat her and filmed it all with their phones, eventually raping her. Sana's friend Mewa wasn't there, but she said she could always hear their foul language and the clamor of the fight, and it was the last time Meeva found Sana wearing only a bra on her upper body and dirty pants on her lower body, covered with scratches and bruises. Jabril was then charged and detained, and although the video on his phone confirmed what Sana said, he was released shortly after. Sana's affair became the laughing stock of the local people, and her parents reluctantly let her transfer schools. For months afterward, Sana was still unable to recover from the incident.
Unfortunately, Sana's entanglement with Jabril doesn't stop there. In May 2019, Sana and Mewa ran into Jabril on the road, and Jabril, with more than a dozen of his companions, hit Sana with a stick, and Sana was covered in injuries on her face and fainted on the ground. Two years later, scenes of violence returned to Sana.
In the late summer of 2019, Sana met another underage boy, Omar, who was the one who killed her. During the review, Omar said he would come to Sana because he heard that Sana was a debauched girl and that he just wanted to sleep with her. The Omar family is a muslim, so he has been afraid to confess his sexual relationship with Sana in front of his family, but Sana likes him very much. In October, when Sana found out she was pregnant, she texted Omar and expressed her desire to keep the child. Omar didn't want the child, whom he saw as a "prostitute," and Omar then took Sana into the little broken house they often dated, made Sana strip naked, stabbed Sana several times with a knife she had brought, and poured gasoline on Sana, burning her alive.
After Sana's body was found, police arrested him at Omar's house, where he was charged with murder and held in the teenage district of the prison center. Omar's lawyer argued that Omar was the victim of the rumors, that he had only listened to the rumors, and that Omar was an innocent child. If the trial court does not investigate this properly, the allegation is harmful to both parties.
A defense lawyer for Sana's family said she was gang-raped when she was 13 years old, beaten two years later just because she wanted to sue her for raping her, and was burned alive because she was pregnant.
