
On Friday, US time, the Dolphins officially announced that they would hire Jim Caldwell as the team's assistant head coach and quarterback coach.
Dolphins coach Brian Flores said at a press conference: "Jim is an outstanding talent and a football coach with a strong faith. His managerial experience is invaluable to me. Jim was a great teacher and had a well-organized day, and I respected him very much. ”
Caldwell previously served as Lions head coach before being fired at the end of the 2017 season. The Dolphins also announced the full coaching staff lineup, the list is as follows:
