According to Shams, sources revealed that the Magic plan to use the difficult exception to sign Freddie Griespe, who currently plays for the Development League's Memphis Sprinters, on a 10-day contract.
Griespe, 24, is 2.06 meters tall and has played for the Raptors in 20-21, playing in 20 games, averaging 19.6 minutes per game, with 5.6 points and 4.9 rebounds.
The Magic currently have 12 men on the injury list: Cole Anthony, Carter Jr., Sargs, Fultz, Isaac, Moore and McAwi are out of the squad with injuries, and Bamba, Hampton, Rose, Wagner Grande and Brazdeckis trigger health and safety deals.
