In the picturesque peninsula countryside, there is a domestic sewage treatment station like a park: lawns and green trees are covered by each other, and domestic sewage flows into the pool in a circular loop under the "park"; in the treatment pond, all kinds of green plants sway with the wind, the silhouette is mottled, the fish swim, very cheerful; at the drainage point, the stream is muddy, and a bunch of water is clear as a mountain spring.
The treatment of rural domestic sewage is related to the improvement of rural living environment and the great cause of rural revitalization. In recent years, Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, has implemented integrated operation by introducing professional companies, upgrading and transforming rural domestic sewage treatment facilities according to local conditions and in batches, promoting standardized operation and maintenance, realizing the transformation of "sewage by evaporation" to "green water around people's homes", and won the honorary title of "Excellent County in the Operation and Maintenance Management of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities in Zhejiang Province" for 3 consecutive years.
The fish jump in the pond and the drainage is cleaner
Seven or eight centimeters long carp are thrown into the pool, and the fish swing their tails with the waves and swim around. Recently, in Nanbao Village, Dongchen Township, the staff of the sewage treatment terminal are stocking fish in the purification pond.
"The fish entering the treatment pond can further promote the ecological chain cycle and improve the water environment." Xia Dongxu, general manager of Xiangshan County Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd., introduced that more than 200 polyculture fish were released this time, and the main purpose was to let the fish eat algae and duckweed in the water. These fish are the equivalent of little "cleaners" who clean up the treatment pond from time to time to make the discharged water cleaner.
At the end of 2016, the domestic sewage treatment facility in Nanbao Village was completed and put into use, and at the beginning of the construction, the treatment process of "anaerobic + aerobic + artificial wetland" was adopted, mainly accepting the domestic sewage of 263 villagers. Due to the development of rural tourism in recent years, rural sewage discharge has increased, resulting in overload operation of treatment terminals.
In order to solve the problem of unstable effluent water quality, Zhejiang Environmental Protection Group Xiangshan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xiangshan Company) organized personnel to upgrade the original facilities through research and calculation, adopt the ecological reaction chain process, and implement the first-level standard for water pollutant discharge in rural domestic sewage treatment facilities. At present, the daily treatment capacity of the transformed sewage treatment station has reached 170 tons, and the quality of the effluent water is significantly improved compared with the original.
"It's incredible that the domestic sewage at home flows here through the sewer pipes and turns into clear water." Many villagers in Nanbao Village saw the remodeled sewage treatment station and sighed.
Xia Dongxu introduced that the ecological reaction chain process has been gradually promoted in the local area. Domestic sewage enters the grid pool through the pipeline, and the relatively large impurities are intercepted, and then adjusted into the anaerobic pool, hypoxia pool, aerobic pool and so on. Workers put microbes in the pool so that they eat organic matter in the water and absorb phosphorus. Through a series of deep purification, the effluent is basically not doped with solid suspended solids, and finally discharged into the nearby ditch, which can be used to irrigate farmland, raise fish, plant fruit trees, and truly realize recycling.
At present, the county has built 19 ecological reaction chain process sewage treatment stations, and 20 will be built this year.
Change "pollution" into scenery, layout characteristics
The sewage treatment system is "hidden" underground, the landscape sketches on the ground are dotted everywhere, and the manhole cover of the sample port is decorated with different marine life shapes... Recently, the domestic sewage treatment station in Zhangjialong Village, Daxu Town, has been transformed into a "punch card" for nearby villagers.
The park-like domestic sewage treatment station in Zhangjialong Village is only a microcosm of the upgrading of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities in Xiangshan County.
Since the beginning of this year, Xiangshan County has combined the landforms, customs and customs of various places, and the construction of beautiful villages, with the theme of "mountains, fields, seas, and islands", selected plants and aquatic animals with functional, landscape or local characteristics, and improved and optimized the sewage treatment terminal and the surrounding environment, so that the sewage treatment terminal becomes part of the beautiful countryside.
The domestic sewage treatment terminal in Zhangjialong Village takes "sea" as the theme. Danmen Village in Dongchen Township has the theme of "Tian". At present, the construction workers in Danmen Village are laying lawns, planting flowers and trees, laying stones and rockeries on top of the sewage treatment system.
"The drainage sprinkler automatically waters the lawn, keeping it green all the time." Xia Dongxu introduced that the villages of Huanggongao, Shanglingao and Shangpan in Xinqiao Town, as well as yuelou and Zhikeng villages in Xiaotang Township, combined with local loquat and "red beauty" citrus and other elements, are also building sewage treatment terminals with the theme of "tian". "And relying on the upgrading of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities, we will create an economic orchard that integrates leisure, sightseeing and entertainment, and at the same time transform low-yield breeding ponds to promote the enrichment of strong villages."
"Through the construction of themed sewage treatment stations, Xiangshan County has a unique landscape and drives the vigorous development of rural tourism." Xia Dongxu said.
Intelligent management, full coverage of one network
Recently, at the domestic sewage treatment terminal in Jiming Village, Shipu Town, Xiangshan County, the equipment management personnel of Xiangshan Company further inspected and upgraded the equipment of the terminal room according to the new concept of "smart agricultural pollution". Jiming Village domestic sewage treatment terminal and the headquarters central control platform to achieve real-time data, screen connection, technical personnel do not have to go out to receive a variety of monitoring data.
"Smart agricultural pollution" is the embodiment of Xiangshan County's promotion of digital reform of rural domestic sewage treatment.
Rural domestic sewage treatment can be said to be "three points of construction, seven points of protection". In recent years, Xiangshan County has upgraded the urban-rural integrated management platform, and through the upgrading and development of the platform function module, the increase of pipe network monitoring facilities, the customization of the two-dimensional code label of the manhole cover of the household sewage pipe and the main pipe network node, the whole process, full coverage, refinement and intelligent management of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities have been realized.
In addition, Xiangshan County innovatively set up a joint venture company, Xiangshan Company, to provide "butler-style services", mainly responsible for the integrated operation and maintenance of urban and rural sewage treatment. Under the guidance of Xiangshan County Water Affairs Group, County Housing and Construction Bureau and other departments, Xiangshan Company relies on the advantages of capital, technology and comprehensive service capabilities to deeply integrate the Internet platform, smart drainage construction results and domestic sewage operation and maintenance management, and is committed to creating an upgraded version of the operation and maintenance management of urban and rural domestic sewage treatment facilities.
Up to now, the company has operated and maintained 4 sewage treatment plants, 6 sewage treatment stations, 18 towns and townships (streets) a total of 569 rural sewage treatment terminals in the county, radiating more than 100,000 households.
