What holidays have been extended and added? Who pays for holidays?
First of all, the newly revised "Regulations" extend women's maternity leave, add parental leave, and only child escort parental leave.
In order to better protect the physical and mental rehabilitation of women who give birth, the Regulations stipulate that on the basis of enjoying the maternity leave stipulated by the state, the woman shall extend the maternity leave by 60 days for the birth of one child, for a total of 158 days, and the maternity leave for the second and third children by 90 days, for a total of 188 days.
Moms take maternity leave, and Dads can take 15 days of nursing leave. At the same time, during the third year of the child's age, both husband and wife can also enjoy 10 days of parental leave each year.
The Regulations not only give Mom and Dad time to take care of their children, but also give their only children time to take care of their parents.
If you are an only child and the elderly of the family is at least 60 years old, you can enjoy 5 days of one-child paternity leave per year.
Who pays the salary during the vacation period? The Regulations stipulate that wages, bonuses and other benefits during the man's nursing leave, parental leave, and the only child's paternity leave shall be paid by the employer.
The child has been born, afraid of not catching up with this wave of benefits? Don't panic. Where, after the implementation of the Regulations, maternity leave has not been completed, it shall be extended in accordance with the period of maternity leave provided for in this Decision.
Inclusive childcare services help solve the worries of childcare
This wave of benefits is not just a holiday. The high cost of raising a baby and the high cost of childcare services are a problem that is more concentrated in society. In order to reduce the pressure of childcare, the revision of the Regulations also further improves inclusive childcare services from three aspects.
In order to reduce the pressure on family childcare, the Regulations require the government to scientifically plan and rationally arrange inclusive childcare service institutions, and rationally allocate resources such as maternal and child health care, infant and child care, child care, preschool and primary and secondary education. At the same time, it is clearly stipulated that the people's governments of districted cities shall formulate specific measures to encourage social forces to establish inclusive childcare service institutions.
The Regulations also leave room for local adaptations to local conditions. The Regulations stipulate that the people's governments of counties (cities, districts) may give subsidies to employers providing childcare services. At the same time, the people's government of the county (city, district) may, according to local realities, give childcare allowances and childcare subsidies to infant and young child families under the age of three.
The Regulations also stipulate that the management units of public facilities, commercial complexes, tourist attractions and other public places, employers with a large number of female employees, and their parks and commercial buildings, etc., shall fully consider factors such as the area of public places, the flow of people, the stay of mothers and babies, and the number of female employees during pregnancy and lactating of the employer, and build and improve maternal and infant facilities to provide convenient conditions for infant and young child care and breastfeeding.

This revision fully takes into account the needs of special groups and fully reflects the responsibility of our province for high-quality development and construction of a common prosperity demonstration zone.
In order to achieve full coverage of maternal rights and interests, the Regulations stipulate that if a woman fails to enjoy maternity leave and maternity allowances due to unemployment, unemployment, flexible employment and other non-insured reasons, the county (city, district) people's government shall give appropriate economic subsidies in combination with local realities and the level of economic and social development, and the specific objects and standards shall be stipulated by the county (city, district) people's government.
The protection of the legitimate rights and interests of family planning families is also one of the priorities. The "Regulations" stipulate that people's governments at or above the county level shall establish and improve the support system for the elderly in one-child families, and give necessary priority and care to the welfare and old-age services of the elderly. At the same time, it is clear that a comprehensive support and guarantee system for special family planning families shall be established and improved, and the support and care work mechanism led by the government and with the participation of social organizations shall be improved.
