Xie Jingu, whose ancestral home is Nanxiong City, Guangdong Province, was born in Lechang City in October 1955, and has successively served as the director and associate researcher of the Lechang City Cultural Center, a member of the Guangdong Provincial Artists Association, a member of the Guangdong Calligraphers Association, and the president of the Lechang Artists Association.
