On September 23, a donation ceremony was held at the China Shipping Culture Museum. Chen Yue, president of the Mawei Ship Politics Culture Research Association, donated a textbook on ship administration in his collection, "Chinese-English Translation", to the China Shipping Culture Museum. This is the only existing textbook on ship administration in China, which fills the cultural relics gap in the education section of the Ship Administration School.
