Huishan police quickly carried out work, after investigation, on the evening of December 8, Li Mou (male, 26 years old) and Lu Mou (female, 28 years old) living in Huishan District went out with a dog without a leash, during which they had a dispute with an old man, and Lu Mou insulted the old man many times.
At present, Lu Mou was punished by the Huishan police for 5 days of administrative detention according to law for blatantly insulting others. Li Mou was fined 200 yuan by the Huishan District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau for carrying a dog out of the house without a dog leash.
