Developed by The Maslas Bros and published by Slitherine, Modern Naval Warfare will be available on PCs in 2022 and integrated with VR. In the game, the battlefield is commanded from within the SSN-774 Virginia-class submarine, which the developer says has been realistically reproduced.

Multiple interfaces will be used to direct vehicles to safe areas while attack commands are issued, and the trailer also showcases a realistic user interface, with even pilotable drones and other tools to survey the area from above. The game promises to navigate underwater environments of more than a million square kilometers. Cooperative support will also be provided for multiple crew members, and a competitive mode will also be available, with more submarines added once the game kicks in.
As for VR integration, there's no specifics yet, and the Steam list only mentions VR support, but doesn't mention possible motion controller support or the list of exactly which headsets will be included.
