Yangpu has always attached great importance to the cultivation of skilled talents, at present, Yangpu has built a total of 4 national training bases for the WorldSkills Competition and 9 training bases for Shanghai players.
The reporter learned from the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that a total of 7 Yangpu players participated in the first stage of the national training team and the assessment of 6 projects in this period. At present, the body repair, print media technology, refrigeration and air conditioning projects have completed the first phase of assessment, and other projects have not completed the assessment due to the impact of the epidemic.
It is reported that the body repair project mainly assesses the ability of the contestants to repair the serious damage to the body structure and the covering parts of the car, the contestants through the measurement and correction of equipment, to detect the degree of damage and deformation of the body, in order to ensure that the overall structure, performance and appearance of the vehicle is not destroyed, correct and repair the damaged body and other related components, and finally the car body repair to a state that can be repainted.
The WorldSkills Body Repair Project has five modules, including body diagnosis and correction, structural parts replacement, non-structural parts replacement, panel repair and body-related parts repair, with a schedule of 4 days and a cumulative race time of 22 hours.
The printing media technology project is a competition project that uses sheetfed offset presses, digital printing machines and other auxiliary equipment and instruments, uses related materials (such as paper, ink, toner, etc.) to complete the printing of printed matter according to requirements, and completes the competition content such as plate making, ink blending, cutting, maintenance and maintenance.
The WorldSkills Competition for Print Media Technology has three modules: offset printing, digital printing, and additional tasks, with a schedule of 4 days and a cumulative competition time of 15 hours.
"Since only one person in each event can represent the Chinese team in the end, this means that the young craftsmen in Yangpu will face more arduous training and fierce competition." The relevant person in charge of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau said.
