(hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Company") received the "Provisional Proposal on the Election of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Nomination of Candidates for Directors" and the "Provisional Proposal on the Election of the Board of Supervisors and the Nomination of Candidates for Supervisors" from the controlling shareholder, Great Wall Film and Television Culture Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. The main content of the letter is: "The term of office of the ninth board of directors of the company is about to expire, and we hereby nominate Zhao Feifan, Wu Jiangang, Ma Liqing, Yu Lianming, Yang Jing and Zhu Renhua as non-independent director candidates for the tenth board of directors; and nominate Zhang Liangzhong, Yu Shichun and Zhang Chunming as independent director candidates."
