Because of his appearance, Millikan made quite a bit of money on the OnlyFans website. She has been interested in body plastic surgery since she was 14 years old, getting her first tattoo in 2014 when she was 15. She has had an entire arm sleeve tattoo that contained many homages to her family; she also had a dream catcher, a geisha, a scorpion, and a whole black arm sleeve tattoo.

She said the tattoos helped her through the painful years of body deformity phobia.

Millikan also spent £15,800 (about 133,000 yuan) to fit his fangs and implant his chest, including piercings on his tongue, breasts, bridge of the nose and nostrils.

She said on Tik Tok (TikTok Overseas), "I always knew that I wanted to look like this. When I was young, I always had this picture in my head, and now I'm finally getting it. I feel much happier now than I used to. ”

Millikan describes, "I didn't love myself before and didn't know who I was. Now I feel like I know myself very well, and I love myself very much, I am very confident. When people look at me, they stare at me, they point at me, they can't say anything, some people think I'm ugly, some people say in front of me that they hate that. ”

"Those who are online, behind the screen, do the craziest things. They like to say, 'You look like a devil,' or 'You looked so much better before,' or 'You must have had a bad childhood.' But I also met very nice people who said they liked it and wanted to take a picture with me.

None of my family and friends were surprised by my plastic surgery because I always wanted to do it, but they were still shocked because I got an eyeball tattoo.

It's my way of showing what's special about me, and it's also a way to see people shocked and offended, which is what people don't understand that isn't mainstream in society. ”

"In 2020, I tattooed a moth on my throat, a rose dagger on my shoulder, and a Hebrew tattoo on my neck. This year I had a butterfly tattooed on my forehead, a dagger with a rose on my face, a bat tattooed under my chest, and an eyeball tattooed. My latest tattoo was a butterfly and strawberries on my belly, complementing that bat.

"The tattoo I like is probably a butterfly on my head because the move is very bold," she said. "I don't want to fit in, I've always been that outlier."

Until now, Millikan had no idea of stopping, planning to tattoo the other side of his face in January. "I haven't decided what I want to tattoo yet, but my goal is to be full of tattoos from head to toe by next Christmas – hopefully I can do it." She said.

"The only advice I can give to people who want to get a tattoo or a plastic surgery is: do it if you really like it, and do it if it makes you happy." We should only do what makes us happy. For me it's about shaping myself, so I hope if other people choose this path, just because they like and are happy. ”
