Wang Wenjun, director of the Department of Planning, Finance and Regulations of the National Medical Security Bureau, said: During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, each province will have more than 500 varieties of drugs and more than 5 categories of high-value medical consumables through the centralized procurement of drugs implemented at the national and provincial levels, that is to say, in the future, centralized procurement will become the leading mode of drug consumable procurement in public medical institutions.
