On December 10, Suntech, together with Tencent Education, Tencent Advertising and other ecological partners, jointly established the Vocational Education Public Welfare Alliance, released the "UP Career Plan", and won the title of "Discovering New Forces in Education" new vocational education brand. It is understood that the plan is mainly for township and rural working-age personnel, full-time housewives, disabled people and other people who have difficulty obtaining vocational education resources, and provides free audio and video editing technology, decoration and decoration practice, maternal and infant health care teachers, financial and accounting examination and practice, e-commerce training and other vocational skills training, to help them improve their vocational skills and expand the scope of employment.

According to the plan, the first phase of the "UP Job Program" will provide targeted vocational skills training courses for 1,000 people free of charge, and it is expected that the annual activities in 2022 will cover 10,000 trainees in need of help. In this regard, the relevant person in charge of Suntech Institution said: "In recent years, rural revitalization and education inclusion have become major propositions of common concern to the whole society, and vocational education and lifelong education are one of the important means to promote rural revitalization and educational inclusion. To this end, Suntech combines its dual attributes of 'Internet' and 'education' as an online vocational education company, gives full play to its own advantages, integrates corporate genes into social responsibility work, and helps the sharing of high-quality educational resources nationwide. ”

Joint public welfare partners, provide free vocational skills training such as accounting and kindergarten teachers

At present, the national level is actively exploring education reform and promoting vocational education to become the "second channel" for talent growth. In November 2021, in the "Several Opinions on Promoting the Improvement of the People's Quality of Life in the Living Service Industry", the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Several Opinions on Promoting the Improvement of the Level of The Living Service Industry", encouraging large-scale vocational skills training, strengthening life service skills training, focusing on rural transfer of employment labor, laid-off unemployed people and transferred workers, disabled people and other groups.

In the past 18 years, Suntech has never forgotten to assume social responsibility, and the concept pursued is closely linked to the spirit of the instructions of the NDRC document. After years of exploration, Suntech has formed a unique model with "supporting wisdom and strengthening teachers" as the core, based on improving the employability of various groups in backward areas, and accurately grasping the pain points of the government and poor groups.

Taking this cooperation as an example, through Tencent Education's online technical support and services, Suntech provides a series of professional and practical vocational training courses for people in need, including primary accounting title qualification certificate, kindergarten teacher qualification certificate training, etc., with a course cycle of about 3-4 months, suitable for all kinds of students who want to efficiently improve their vocational skills and improve their employability.

Previously, in the relevant training, Suntech institutions have a large number of successful cases, and in the process of this cooperation, they have also been unanimously recognized by public welfare partners. For example, Suntech's public welfare project "Shang JinSheng Plan" currently provides a variety of types of learning opportunities for a total of 5,380 people, including rural teachers, volunteer teachers, rural grassroots cadres, women's federation cadres, leaders in poverty alleviation and prosperity, poor households that have established archives, rural surplus labor, disabled people, and difficult groups.

Jointly build a new ecology of vocational education and promote the universalization of vocational education

In fact, in addition to combining its own education and scientific and technological strength to continue to help rural revitalization, income increase for low-income people, balanced development of education and other areas of people's livelihood, Suntech institutions have also been actively uniting various partners to continuously explore new possibilities. For example, in conjunction with Shanshu Volunteer Teaching, it launched the volunteer teacher recruitment program; in conjunction with the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, it launched the selection activity of "Little Public Welfare Communication Officer"; and united with the Sun Dream College to launch the "Dream Aid Program" to provide free training courses for patients with osteogenesis imperfecta (commonly known as "porcelain doll disease"). The release of the "UP Career Plan" and the participation of the public welfare alliance are also another new attempt by Suntech to explore ways to improve social well-being and help promote the inclusiveness of education.
