Red Net Moment December 12 (Correspondent Cao Yasha) On December 11, the annual meeting of Hunan Clinical Nutrition Quality Control Center (2021) and the inaugural meeting of Hunan Clinical Nutrition Collaboration Alliance were successfully held in Changsha, and more than 200 people from nutrition and health related to the province attended the meeting.

The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Associate Professor Zhu Xuping of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Professor Xu Junmei, Vice President of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Xiao Wei, Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Health Commission, attended and spoke, and Ouyang Yu, Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Health Commission, attended the opening ceremony. At the opening ceremony, the awarding ceremony of the member units of the Hunan Clinical Nutrition Collaboration Alliance was also held.

With the theme of "Nutrition and Health", the conference shared the experience of clinical nutrition discipline construction, interpreted the policy environment, and looked forward to the future development trend of nutrition in the field of nutrition for chronic disease nutrition intervention, basic theory of food nutrition and health, as well as application and standard nutrition risk screening, nutrition assessment and nutrition intervention. Invited more than 30 well-known experts, including Qi Yumei of Tianjin Third Central Hospital, Hu Wen of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Daniel Zhang Sheng of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, Yao Ying of Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Liu Shiping of Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Li Hu of Peking University People's Hospital, Zhu Xuping of Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Liu Zhan of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital, Zhao Hongmei of Hunan Children's Hospital, Huang Fansu of Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University, Shen Hua of Hunan Provincial Cancer Hospital, etc. Nearly 20 special reports were made on the development prospects and policy environment of clinical nutrition in China, the construction of clinical nutrition disciplines and the thinking of secondary discipline catalogs, the sharing of experience in the construction of clinical nutrition disciplines, the application of formula foods for special medical purposes in patients with chronic kidney disease, nutrition and 5G+ health management, and the rapid rehabilitation and management of knee replacement.

Finally, Professor Liu Shiping summarized the academic conference. She pointed out that the participants benefited greatly from the wonderful reports of the experts. Hunan Clinical Nutrition Quality Control Center will continue to actively build a learning and exchange platform for relevant personnel in the field of nutrition and health.
