How it works

The series of intelligent dehumidifiers is composed of power supply system, air supply system, semiconductor cooler, temperature and humidity detection control circuit, heating circuit, and drainage pipeline.

Dehumidification principle

When the moist air is sucked in by the fan, the flow through the specially designed air duct is first cooled and condensed by the semiconductor cooler, and the condensation of the refrigerator is dripped into the drainage tank under the action of gravity, and then flows out of the cabinet by the water pipe. After sufficient circulation dehumidification within the set starting value, the air humidity in the cabinet is reduced to below the condensation point, and the entire moisture-proof condensation heating process is completed. At the same time, the intelligent dehumidifier signal acquisition sensor is external, which can accurately collect the real humidity in the cabinet in real time, ensuring that the intelligent dehumidification device starts the dehumidification in advance when the condensation condition will be reached in the cabinet.

Low temperature heating function

When the temperature of the box is lower than the set starting value, the dehumidification device starts the internal heater circuit (the heater is externally connected, and the power can be connected to 500W), until the box temperature rises to the set starting value plus 5 °C, and the heater circuit stops working.

RS485 communication function

When the dehumidifier with RS485 communication function receives the data of the host computer, the data is immediately replied to the host computer after analyzing the data, and a computer can be connected to a maximum of 255 units.
