Shui Qingxia was officially appointed as the head coach of the Chinese women's football team last month, and the Women's Asian Cup will be a major test during her tenure. In this issue's 34-man team list, most of the players, including Wang Shuang and Wu Haiyan, are from Wuhan Chegu Jiangda, Jiangsu Women's Football Team and Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank.
