From December 2010 to January 2017, he served as deputy secretary of the party committee, secretary of the discipline inspection committee and chairman of the board of supervisors of China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and since January 2017, he has been the secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of China Railway High-tech Industry Co., Ltd.
