Recently, Li Zhanyong, member of the party group, deputy director and first-level inspector of the Hainan Provincial Earthquake Bureau, Chen Ding, deputy director of the hainan earthquake bureau, Tang Xiaoqi, member of the party group and deputy director, and the heads of relevant departments and units went to the Hainan Provincial Bureau of Surveying and Mapping to conduct research on related issues such as the reform of public institutions and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Xiao Ping, secretary of the party group and director of the Hainan Provincial Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, Zhang Yun, member of the party group and deputy director, Han Xuehua, chief engineer, and single and responsible persons of relevant departments accompanied the research and discussion.

At the forum, Director Xiao Ping and Deputy Director Li Zhanyong respectively introduced the personnel participating in the investigation and study. The participants had in-depth exchanges on the relevant experience of the reform and management of the second-class public institutions, the management measures for government procurement of services, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the income distribution of public welfare second-class institutions, and the assessment and management of the employment period of public institutions.
