Highlight 1: The examination begins immediately after the start of the training, and the smell of gunpowder is strong
No notice, no greeting, assessment before mobilization. The responsible comrades for the logistics work of each bureau and office of the examination organ, the leaders in charge of logistics of the directly subordinate units of the examination, and the front-line assistants of the examination have full coverage of all the staff and leave no blind spots. After the assessment, the trainees shouted that the "appetizer meal" of the training was too hardcore, and they must play twelve points of spirit to participate.

The training invited experts and professors from military academies and universities, joint guarantee units, auditing centers, and other units to give special lectures on major and difficult points such as financial and economic management, engineering construction, and material procurement, closely following the reality of daily logistics work, clarifying discipline by case, and interpreting the law by case. During the class, the trainees listened attentively to the lectures and took notes carefully; after the class, the trainees surrounded the experts and professors to ask questions, and they were still unsatisfied, for fear of missing the "good recipe".

Highlight 3: Exchange + discussion, brainstorming
During the training, the leaders of the three directly subordinate units were arranged to introduce their experiences on "strengthening the awareness of laws and regulations on logistics work," "promoting the solution of problems left over from history," and "promoting the innovative development of logistics work," so as to set up "benchmarks" around them for fraternal units. Carry out discussions and exchanges on "how to look at logistics construction this year and how to do logistics work next year", sum up and listen to the "lessons of blood and tears", plan and listen to "the stone of other mountains", help all units open up construction ideas, and learn from the strengths of all people to do a good job in logistics work.
