On the morning of 20 October, the signing ceremony between Nanyang and Shaoxing Friendship Cities was held, and Zhu Shixi, secretary of the municipal party committee, and Ma Weiguang, secretary of the Shaoxing Municipal CPC Committee, spoke. Mayor Wang Zhihui and Shaoxing Mayor Sheng Yuechun signed the contract on behalf of the two cities.
