At the scene of the event, procuratorial cadres and policemen used plain language to preach the contents of the Constitution to the masses at the scene, and publicized to the masses laws and regulations and related knowledge such as sweeping away criminal syndicates and eliminating evil forces, telecommunications fraud, and anti-narcotics by distributing constitutional publicity materials, providing legal advice, and interpreting the law through cases, guiding the masses to establish a correct awareness of the rule of law, consciously safeguarding the authority of the Constitution and laws, creating a good atmosphere of rule of law, and jointly creating a safe and new era.
