Quiet, the heart is at ease in order to be quiet, quiet can give birth to concentration, concentration can open wisdom. There is no shortage of smart people in this world, and no matter how smart they are, they are also small and smart; no matter how small the wisdom is, they are also great wisdom.
"The tree wants to be quiet and the wind is not stopping", people who like to be quiet, want to be quiet, in order to live, they have to be in the midst of chaos, how to let the impetuous heart settle down, has become a trouble.
The Buddha said: There are eighty-four thousand thoughts in a single thought.
It is indeed not an easy task to quiet the mind. Man's greatest sorrow is that life is limited and attachment is infinite. There are too many temptations in this world, too many things to want, too many things to do, everything to taste, flowing water for years, empty heads, lamenting that nothing has been achieved.
Quiet, away from distractions will make yourself fall into another kind of attachment, there is no quiet, where is the disturbance? Doing everything well in the moment is the best tranquility.
This world is originally a man's world, living in a man's village, living in a man's house. Everyone is inherently lonely, such as people drinking water, cold and warm self-knowledge.
Everything in life is right and no one is wrong, it is cause and effect.
The Buddha said: If you want to know the causes of past lives, you are the recipient of this life; if you want to know the results of future lives, you are the one who does it in this life.
A person's life is only a moment in the long river of time, but we regard it as an eternity, entangled in the right and wrong of gain and loss.
Every encounter, whether it is a good cause or a negative cause, is a combination of causes and conditions, so why be serious? Whoever is serious will be hurt. When you understand it, you will leave it unintentional, just like the flower blossoms and falls.
The water is light to taste sweet, the cloud is light to see the moon, the heart is gone, where will there be dust?
