On February 7, 2020, at the scene of the fight against the epidemic and power protection of Fuling Union Hospital in Chongqing, Liu Jun, an employee of the State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, raised his right fist and solemnly swore an oath in front of the bright red party flag. Since joining the company in 1993, Comrade Liu Jun has successively engaged in meter connection and electricity inspection in Fuling City. In 2019, he was appointed to the Zhenxi Power Supply Institute of Chuandong Electric Power Company, more than 30 kilometers away, as the director.
At the end of June this year, the line loss in the Jiabaotai district of Damiao Village was abnormal for several days. After Liu Jun and his colleagues checked, they found that the fish pond farmer Luo Moumou' family, from the evening to the early morning of the next day, the current display was zero, and the preliminary judgment was that there was an abnormality in the household's electricity collection, and key monitoring was carried out.
At 11:00 p.m. on July 5, Liu Jun once again monitored that the current of Luo Moumou's house was zero through the electricity collection system, and immediately contacted the security department personnel of Chuandong Electric Power Company to go to the scene to verify. After arriving at the installation point of Luo Mou's meter, after inspection, it was found that the customer bypassed the metering device and directly connected to the lower end of the inlet knife gate at the front of the meter box to use electricity, which was an act of electricity theft.
In the face of the facts, Luo Moumou admitted to stealing electricity. The secretary of the party branch of Damiao Village went to the scene to sign and confirm. Liu Jun and his colleagues fixed the evidence of Luo Moumou's on-site electricity theft overnight and improved the relevant procedures. Considering the actual situation of fish pond farming, there will be no power outage for Luo Moujia for the time being.
On July 14, Liu Jun faced the threat of Luo Moumou at the power supply station, adhered to the principle, did not flinch, was stabbed 16 times in the body, and was finally brutally killed by the extremely vicious Luo Moumou. For the sake of the national interest, Comrade Liu Jun fell in a pool of blood and fell in the job he loved...

Recalling the deeds of Liu Jun before his death, the colleagues around him were full of tears and had endless feelings.
"He had a habit of making his home. When encountering holidays or important work tasks, they take the lead in duty, and even live directly in the office. He Xiaoqun told everyone with red eyes that in addition to raising anti-epidemic materials from many sources and coordinating vehicles to transport employees to and from work, Liu Jun was also concerned about providing daily electricity for more than 80,000 residents in the district.
An Huabo, manager of the Taiwan district of the Zhenxi Power Supply Station, remembers that at two o'clock in the morning on February 15, 2020, Liu Jun, who was on duty at the power supply station, learned of the power outage at the epidemic prevention checkpoint in Xuetang Village, Zhenxi Town, at the junction of Fuling and Fengdu, and immediately rushed to the scene with the duty personnel. After more than an hour of rain-soaked repairs, Xuetang Village regained its power supply.

Knowing that he was in his 40s and had not yet started a family, Liu Jun asked someone to introduce him to his girlfriend, so that Chen Hua could get out of depression and get married and settle down. Considering the difficulties of Chen Hua's family, after asking for the consent of his superiors, he arranged for Chen Hua's wife to cook in the canteen of the power supply station and had a stable job. With the care and help of Liu Jun, Chen Hua's mental outlook has undergone a great change, and now he has become the backbone of the power supply station.
While driving the team to fly forward in tandem, Liu Jun himself has won many honors such as advanced production worker of Chongqing Chuandong Electric Power Company, advanced individual of electric shock prevention and control action, most beautiful star, and most beautiful person. He always said that the personal gains and failures are small, and the honor of the team is the most important. Under his leadership, Zhenxi Power Supply Station has successively won the honorary titles of "Worker Pioneer" of State Grid Corporation, "Five-star Red Flag Team", "Four-star Power Supply Station" and "Standardized Power Supply Station" of State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company.

After learning of the situation, Liu Jun immediately organized personnel to conduct on-site investigations and installed a 400 kVA transformer free of charge, which solved the problem of electricity consumption of 4 nearby vegetable production enterprises and surrounding masses.
Liu Jun also established a "WeChat group for village enterprise services" covering the supply area, promising to answer all questions and respond to requests, so that it has become a history for the masses to run back and forth to run electricity. Honghu Village used to be powered by local private power grid enterprises, the foundation is weak, the reliability is low, the transformer is often overloaded, the power outage is commonplace, and the high-power electrical appliances such as air conditioners cannot be started at all.
Under the coordination of the local government, Honghu Village was included in the national grid for power supply. In September 2020, Chuandong Electric Power Company launched the transformation of the power grid in Honghu Village. Since then, Liu Jun has run to Honghu Village at both ends of three days, bringing bright lights into the homes of every villager.
