It is reported that in 1993, Mr. Liu Yun was transferred from his hometown of Yueyang to the Foshan Academy of Painting as a full-time painter, and was transferred away in 1996. In just three years, Mr. Liu Yun has left an unforgettable artistic footprint in Foshan. In an interview, Liu Yun said that after he left Foshan and returned to Hunan, the series of works created at that time were different from the oil paintings of the 1980s, and his expression had undergone a new transformation. Since then, he has gradually broken through the cultural barriers of oil painting and Chinese painting, integrating the keen color and solemn shape of oil painting into the poetic expression of Chinese brush and ink, running through the quiet and quiet atmosphere of Chinese and Western, and has been commented by many Fang family as creating a new atmosphere of Chinese landscape painting. Talking about returning to Foshan this time, Liu Yun is full of feelings. He said that many years ago, he had consciously integrated into Foshan's local and literary arts as a "citizen", and returned after more than 20 years, "The rapid changes in this city are gratifying, this change makes me want to pay attention to it, and I also hope that Foshan's audience and peers can know more about me." ”
