In order to encourage judgment defaulters to consciously perform the obligations set forth in effective legal documents, maintain judicial authority, and advance the establishment of a social credit system, the Xinhua County People's Court released information on the fourth batch of judgment defaulters in 2021 in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Publishing Information on the List of Judgment Defaulters.
Judgment defaulters will bear the following legal responsibilities or adverse consequences: 1. Restrict high consumption, such as prohibiting the use of airplanes, high-speed railways, first-class cabins of trains, and soft sleepers on trains; 2. Restrict going abroad (border); 3. Restrict loans or credit cards from financial institutions; 4. Restrict restrictions on government procurement, bidding and bidding, administrative approval, financing credit, market access, qualification determination, and other aspects; 5. Where the judgment defaulter is a natural person, he must not serve as the legal representative, director, supervisor, or senior management of the enterprise.
