In civil aviation flights, air controllers and pilots are close comrades-in-arms who only hear their voices and do not see others, Shenyang air controllers have to talk to nearly 100 crews every day, and more than 30 crews call to the tower at the busiest time, and many air controllers of the Northeast Air Traffic Control Bureau of Civil Aviation can clearly identify Ning Weixin's voice among many crews. Ning Weixin became a flight instructor in 1994 and served as a field instructor in 1996, which is the highest level of civil aviation flight instructors. In the past 27 years, Ning Weixin has brought nearly a thousand pilots as instructors, and they have become the backbone of the flight teams of various subsidiaries of China Southern Airlines.
Ning Weixin has always been the technical backbone of the flight team, and he has taken the lead in modifying MD82 aircraft, MD90 aircraft and A320 series aircraft. As a faculty member, especially during the more than ten years of shortage of instructors in this field, taking the lead in retrofitting means that you have to undertake a lot of teaching tasks.
Flight instructors are generally stricter and stricter, but Ning Weixin is not, and Ning Weixin's teaching style can be described as spring wind and rain. Ning Weixin's "most proud" student is also his son-in-law Li Lufei, who commented on his father-in-law: "He never preaches, has a gentle attitude, does not think of himself as an elder, is good at standing in the perspective of young people, and discusses with you on an equal footing, but he can always remind you in the most critical places."

From the Yunqi small plane to the current Airbus A320 aircraft, he pilots larger planes, more flights and busier flights. In 1989, he flew an airplane from the century-old airport Dongta Airport to Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, and was shocked by the "grandeur" of T1 Terminal 1, but in 25 years, T2 Terminal and T3 Terminal have risen successively, and the annual throughput of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport has exceeded 20 million.
