The movie "Shuttle Grass" is based on the real deeds of Su He and Tubbbatu, the old man of the Alxa League in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Gobi drought, the large number of shuttle seedlings planted by Grandpa Huhe withered, Jiya, who returned to his hometown to pick up his grandmother for treatment, and Tong Jiahao, a racing driver, overcame difficulties to save the saplings in the conflict and entanglement, and raced against time to rescue Grandma, the two young people became acquainted with each other, and Jiya and Grandpa also resolved years of resentment and found a new direction in life.

One of the prototypes of the film story - Su He, former chairman of the Alxa League CPPCC, since 2004, in 17 years, he and his wife have planted a total of 90,000 shuttle seedlings, 3,500 acres of shuttle forest, built an ecological barrier of 500 meters wide and 3 kilometers long, known as "desert poplar", "desert fool", in 2014 won the honorary title of "Model of the Times".
