On the afternoon of November 29, Luo Lan, vice president of the Criminal Trial Division of Dongcheng Court, was invited to Fuxue Hutong Primary School to carry out the theme activity of Constitution Day, and more than 3,000 teachers and students of the school participated in the activity by listening to the lecture offline and watching the live broadcast online.
At the scene of the event, Judge Roland first took everyone to know the divine beast of fairness and justice in front of the Tianyi Pavilion of the Forbidden City, and told the students about China's legal framework, the important position and evolution of the Constitution.
Subsequently, combined with cartoon videos and real cases, Judge Roland introduced the campus injury cases involving minors, network security cases, and the relevant legal provisions of the Criminal Law, the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, and the Civil Code, and sent the students tips for preventing bullying and popularizing the law. Abide by the rules and guard healthy growth.
Finally, Judge Roland presented fuxue hutong primary school with the "Handbook of Ethics and Rule of Law Cases for Primary and Secondary Schools" planned by the Information Bureau of the Supreme People's Court and published by the People's Education Publishing House, hoping that the students would gain more legal knowledge from it and enhance their ability to respect the law, study the law, abide by the law, and use the law. The representatives of the students presented a red scarf and an expert lecturer appointment letter to Judge Roland.
Throughout the activity, Judge Roland and the students interacted warmly, the atmosphere was very active, the activity was loved by the students and won the unanimous praise of the school.
