The reporter learned from the China National Space Administration on December 1 that recently, China's Tianwen-1 and the ESA Mars Express mission team cooperated to carry out the on-orbit relay communication test between the Zhurong Mars Rover and the Mars Express orbiter, which was a complete success. Subsequently, the two sides will further carry out scientific data relay communication cooperation on the basis of this stage of experiments. Zhu Rong rover currently works on the surface of Mars for 196 Martian days, with a cumulative driving of 1297 meters, and obtains about 10GB of original scientific data for inspection and exploration, with sufficient energy and good condition.
