Implement the "three-step" work method and redeploy the action to eradicate wage arrears

In order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers and the overall situation of social stability, the Municipal Chengfa Group recently organized and held a work conference to eradicate migrant workers' wage arrears and deployed the work of eradicating wage arrears. The meeting was presided over by Guo Zhengqing, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the group, and attended by members of the group's leadership team and the heads of various departments and offices of the group and ownership enterprises.

The meeting demanded that all units attach great importance to it, enhance their ideological understanding, intensify the work of eradicating wage arrears among migrant workers, pay the wages of migrant workers in full and on time, and ensure that no incidents affecting social stability caused by arrears occur; and strictly follow the "three-step" work method to implement the work of eradicating migrant workers' arrears of wages.

<b>The first is to learn about the payment of wages from migrant workers. </b>All units should organize personnel to go to the front line of the project, convene 3 to 5 representatives of migrant workers for discussion, fully understand the payment of migrant workers' wages, and listen to the opinions and suggestions of migrant workers on wage payment.

<b>The second is to learn from the subcontractor about the payment of materials. </b>The project leader should understand the project subcontracting units and material buyers one by one, inquire in detail about the allocation of project funds and material funds, and check the reasons for the lack of payment in place, coordinate and solve them in a timely manner, and prevent the problem from being delayed for a long time and causing arrears.

<b>The third is to comprehensively find out the situation of project funds disbursement. </b>The project leader should carefully sort out the contract of the general contracting unit of the project, the contract for the payment of migrant workers' wages, etc., comprehensively check the allocation of project funds and the distribution of migrant workers' wages, and for possible cases of wage arrears, they should promptly do a good job of payment scheduling to ensure that the problem of arrears of migrant workers' wages is resolved in the bud.

The meeting stressed that the Municipal Chengfa Group's investigation of the work of eradicating migrant workers' wage arrears is not in place, the problem is not grasped in a timely manner, and the disposal is not effective, thus causing the arrears of migrant workers' wages to affect the overall situation of social stability, and will seriously pursue responsibility and accountability, and include it in the annual performance appraisal.
